Return and Refund Policy

All sales of service packages offered by Rolling Rome are final and non-refundable. Once a service package has been purchased, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted for any reason, except as otherwise provided herein.

Refunds related to the Equipment Fee will be processed following the completion of the scheduled evaluation. If the customer qualifies for an Equipment Fee refund based on ownership of applicable equipment, such as the Beachroller or Sand Slicer, Rolling Rome will issue the refund within ten (10) business days of the completed evaluation. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Rolling Rome reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
