Yes, there is a benefits package, and it is being finalized as we speak. It will include bonuses, education stipends, and access to a private gym (details being worked). Once it is 100%, it along with the full Employee Handbook will be posted.

-Huh?! A company is posting what it is giving and expecting from employees?

-Yes.

-Could this cause some people to not want the service or a competitor to start a business on the lakes?

Aaaand soapbox, because if you're still reading this, you're curious enough to hear my philosophy on this particular topic. Rolling Rome succeeds or fails due to the direct efforts of the people that make it up. That's it, full stop. Each position has its roles and responsibilities (add those to my to do list). I'm looking for men and women with particular skills, hehe, but seriously. And these are not hard skills. The operations are simple but physical, and I am looking for folks who enjoy giving it their all. This means I need to give my all to each of you and part of how I believe I successfully do that in my role is all this. Being transparent about what you get and what I want. Hopefully, word has started getting around from the incredible young adults I met this past summer (go friggin' Gen Z!!!!) because I am confident they will tell you the job was worth it. Stepping off the soapbox.
